Placing Orders
We are ready to take orders by phone or email. Orders will be confirmed by a
contact from a sales representative. All
reservations must be made at least one month in advance. All orders that
don't meet the 30 day reservation policy are subject to extra costs and
delivery fees.

Payment
To reserve items we require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit, all payments
should be made by certified cashier checks or money orders. Final payment
is due during delivery. |

Delivery
Elegant Covers Company provides free delivery and pickup in metro area of
Atlanta, GA. Out of area deliveries are subject to fees. UPS is used to ship
orders nationwide. Items are normally scheduled to arrive the day or two
prior to your event. The customer placing the order is completely
responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup until the
items are picked up by our drivers or returned to our warehouse. Please
count your items upon arrival to make sure everything is enclosed.

Returns
Orders should be returned by the date and method specified on your rental
contract. Items should be free from any food, excessive soil, wax, or
garbage in order to avoid a cleaning fee. All items will be counted either
on site or upon return. Extra fees will be charged for items lost or
damaged. |

Loss & Damage
Each item has a replacement value. If an item
is lost or returned torn, burned, or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement
value will be charged in addition to rental charges. Do not place linens in
plastic bags as they will mildew quickly and cannot be cleaned. Please be
careful with candle wax as it will permanently damage most linens. |

Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 2
business days prior to delivery or pick up in order to avoid a 50%
restocking fee.
